Is the first consultation free?
Your first contact is free. The initial consultation, where we understand your case and needs, has a fee. After it, we present a clear fee proposal. In many cases, the consultation fee is deducted from the fees of the engaged service.
Do I need to be in Portugal to work with you?
No. Most of our international clients start their cases from abroad. Meetings are held by video call, and a power of attorney allows us to act on your behalf in Portugal when needed.
How quickly will I hear back?
We respond to every request within 48 hours on business days, in English or Portuguese, with an initial view of your case and the next steps.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Everything you share with us is protected by attorney‑client privilege and processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy, from the very first message.
